GLS technology does not depend on cell phone technology (as GPS does), which means the coverage is absolute in space and time.

A: Fill out our credit application online, or you may call our office and we will be happy to fax you an application. Our credit department will be back to you with our credit decision within an hour. We approve you based on your business and/or personal credit history. No specified time in business required!
Q: How much will it cost? A: Our credit department will call you within an hour to discuss your rental/lease rate. We will tailor your contract to fit your business needs. We are more than just a vendor; we are your transportation partner.
Q: Do you offer any kind of insurance or waivers? A: We do offer a Physical Damage Waiver; we can offer our PDW to any customer, contact your local sales representative to find our more. But, we ask that our customers have Auto Liability insurance with 1 million CSL and that we are named additional insured. If you do not ask for our PDW we will then also require you to have physical damage with 1 million CSL and Compass to be named as Loss Payee and certificate holder.
Q: I have rented and leased before, I always feel like I overpay for turn in costs. What is your policy on turn in charges? A: We do not use recaps at all. We only use name brand Virgin tires. This keeps our customers happy, and ensures that you will get maximum use out of our equipment. We write up all inspections by hand, and our repair prices will decrease if the market dictates. We do not have rigid automated standards that do not allow for concessions to be made to our customer if the situation warrants. Our trailer inspectors also have the authority at all our branch levels to make decisions on pricing, concessions, and repair standards. No waiting for Upper Management to decide. We keep our rental fleet "young"; we have ALWAYS had a large inventory of Brand new equipment in stock. New trailers are covered under factory warranty.
A: We always have an inventory of used equipment for sale. Contact your local branch for a list and pricing.
Q: Do you offer financing? A: YES! We have our own financing company that can accommodate any of your needs. We do not work with outside vendors or other banks. We take care of it "in house".
Q: What if I break down on a weekend or late at night? A: We hope to eliminate a lot of those problems by offering new equipment. But we understand that new equipment could have "break in pains" as well. We offer 24 hour 7 day nationwide road repair and service. We can take care of any tire or mechanical problem anywhere, anytime! We will get you back on the road fast! |
